Lead Planner - Solar + Wind Projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate the development and release of Macro Project Schedules, ensuring inclusion of resources and material requirements.
• Analysis and Optimization of Project Plans: Ensure and review of Conduct comprehensive analysis of project plans to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement using advanced planning techniques.
• Project Assurance and Reporting: Lead project assurance activities, reviewing and releasing necessary actions to maintain control over project progress.
• Digitalization and Assurance: Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to assess progress and identify deviations from planned objectives

Qualification and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in project planning and management within the Renewable Energy industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Proven experience in resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Strong familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
