Job Title: Project

Planner Location: New Zealand

Job Type Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of project schedule from L2 to L4 for the project/ project activity assigned & updating on post baseline creation. Knowledge of scheduling software such as MS Project/Primavera P6.
• Planning timelines and resources for the activities taking into consideration the relevant completion dates.
• Forecasting risks, bottlenecks & material constraints which can hamper project progress.
• Tracking Engineering design progress and coordinating for issue resolution with the customer
• Preparing the scope document to ensure everything is covered and managing stakeholder requirements.

2Tracking progress of the project and presentation of the parameters at team meetings

• Internal coordination for on time delivery of materials to site & completion of installation activities at site
• Implementation and ensuring safety and quality plans are followed appropriately by all stakeholders.
• Identification of Risks involved in the project activity and updating of risk register.
• Organizing internal team meeting and external stakeholder meetings to review cost, time and quality and ensuring concerns are addressed.
• Ensuring contractual & administrative closure for the project.
• Ensuring timely payment collection from customer/lender and timely payment of due to the vendors/subcontractors.
• Addressing final punch points raised by the customer.
• Taking over certificate, settlement of warranty claims of the customer.
• Preparation of lessons learnt for the project

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or construction with min. 10 + years of experience in Renewable sector.
• Proven experience of min. of 100MW+ single project planning & management for international solar EPC project for entire cycle of execution.
• Experience in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling software such as MS Project/Primavera P6.
