Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve targets, provide guidance on negotiation techniques, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify new vendors through market research and industry networks to expand the supplier base and improve competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications for products/services.

Job Requirements :

• 18-20 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery procurement or related field.
• Strong understanding of new vendor development processes and ability to identify potential partners.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
