Lead Contract Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract administration activities, including contract review, negotiation, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration throughout the contracting process.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in contract management processes.

Job Requirements :

• 13-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, contract management, contract negotiations, and contracting best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of results.
