Financial and Accounts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the financial accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions.
• Develop and implement effective budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 9-13 years of experience in finance or accounting role within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance control principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., GAAP).
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
