Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Lead audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
Monitor cash flow and recommend financial strategies to optimize resource utilization.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA/ICWA or equivalent certification preferred.
Extensive experience in financial management and accounting practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
