Finance and Accounts Head

Role & responsibilities :

• Oversee financial operations and ensure that accurate financial statements are produced in a timely manner
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and oversee budgets and financial projections
• Ensure that the companys financial records are organized and accurate
• Act as a financial advisor to senior management
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders
• Manage and develop the accounting team to ensure maximum efficiency
• Liaise with external auditors and other financial professionals.
• Analyze financial data and develop strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity and advise on strategies to maintain a strong financial position.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Finance & Accounts related knowledge.
• Candidate from Real estate, RMC & Construction field would be highly preferred
• Ability to contribute to knowledge management systems and procedures.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to foster collaborative work environment in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
