Production Head/ Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

• Managing operations: Overseeing the daily activities of the plant, including production, inventory, and scheduling
• Ensuring quality: Ensuring that the quality of the products meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Managing costs: Controlling and minimizing costs while maintaining quality
• Managing inventory: Measuring and maintaining raw material inventories
• Managing staff: Hiring, training, and disciplining employees, and conducting performance reviews
• Maintaining safety: Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Managing maintenance: Maintaining and monitoring vehicles and machinery
• Managing P&L: Being responsible for the plant's P&L
• Daily Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team for Supply
• Commit to Plant & site safety Procedures.

Preferred candidate profile :

• RMC Plant related knowledge will be preferred
• Ability to contribute to knowledge management systems and procedures.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to foster collaborative work environment in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
