Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Masters degree in Renewable Energy or Management (preferred)
- 15 + years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry
- Prior experience in wind energy operations and maintenance
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Lead operations and maintenance team, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure smooth functioning of wind energy facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to report on site performance, maintenance activities, and resource requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Get conducted regular inspections and audits to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues
- Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating with external service providers when necessary
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Manage site budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to the on-site team members.
