Head - Architecture (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Architecture with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects and ensuring they align with the company's vision and standards.

Experience:

Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and planning for all projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that architectural designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws in all architectural designs.
• Oversee the selection and coordination of external consultants and vendors.
• Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve architectural processes.
• Present architectural designs and proposals to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and presentations.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Registered Architect license.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
