Job Description

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for civil engineering projects in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee the inspection and testing of construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement
Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance and quality control teams, including training and development initiatives
Participate in project meetings and reviews to provide input on quality-related matters and contribute to decision-making processes
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to quality processes, non-conformances, and corrective actions
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in quality management to enhance project delivery and performance
