Techno commercial Manager - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the precast manufacturing, construction and projects.
• Lead and manage the techno-commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in precast manufacturing and construction sectors
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality solutions
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
• Prepare and present techno-commercial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and guidelines
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with techno-commercial aspects of the industry
