Educational Qualification:
3 Year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Graduate engineer in Mechanical or Electrical Experiences :
4-5 years in masterdata management in Material master
Experience in service industries for datamanagement and SAP rollout projects / IT implementation Knowledge Knowledge and experience in dataquality and datacleansing is preferred.
Review material master request for completeness and accuracy.
Work with requestor for additional information and ensure that the request quality is ensured.

Classifying Materials : Categorize materials based on their types, such as operational spares, general spares, chemicals, and consumables
Data Validation and Inspection : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of material data by validating and inspecting it before entry into the system
De-Duplicate material master: Identify duplicate material masters with reference to part number, Material master characteristics
Support in standardization cataloguing standards of OEM and commodity items Support in Data Cleansing
- Eliminate Errors and Inconsistencies : Correct inaccuracies and standardize data formats to ensure uniformity across all systems
- Remove Duplicates : Identify and eliminate duplicate entries to streamline inventory management and reduce redundancy
- Enhance Data Quality : Improve the overall quality of material data, making it more reliable for decision-making and operational efficiency
Contribute to Training End-users on the master datachange management process for new joinees
