Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices, both P.O. and non-P.O. based, following defined procedures and checks.
• Payment Processing: Oversee the payment process, ensuring all payments are made within the set SLAs and TAT.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 30 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Banking Knowledge: Utilize strong banking knowledge to manage and optimize payment processes.
• Expert in Excel and PPT: Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, create reports, and present information effectively.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Automation: Promote and implement automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable process.
