Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing concept designs, construction documents, and specifications for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
• Conducting site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather data for project planning and design development
• Utilizing sustainable design principles and integrating green building technologies into architectural solutions
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
• Leading the coordination and communication of project requirements with engineering, construction, and procurement teams
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards throughout the design and construction phases
• Overseeing the work of junior architects, interns, and drafters to mentor and guide their professional growth
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and best practices within the organization

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• 5+ Years of work experience
• Hands-on experience in REVIT and BIM

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Thorough understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certification standards
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations
• Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization tools
