Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

A hell lot of politics. If you can please your manager then only you’ll get promotion and appraisals. Very low increment. HR first promote themselves then look for other departments promotions.
