Investor Relations

Purpose/Objective

To support Investor Relations function of the company.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Stakeholder Engagement - - Facilitate implementation of various investor engagement initiatives like earnings calls, conferences, non-deal roadshows and one on one meetings with equity and fixed income investors as well as sell side analysts - To analyze investor profiles prior to the engagements and to summarize investor discussions post the engagements - To work on investor targeting by analysis existing shareholder database, peer holding analysis, past interactions and other relevant sources Investor Presentations and Financial analysis - To prepare well designed investor presentations in line with utmost data accuracy - To work with various business teams to collect and interpret data to bring out intelligent analysis - To prepare and keep an updated valuation model of the company - To carry out financial analysis of global peers MIS - - Preparing MIS and reports based on MIS on Monthly, quarterly, half year and annual updates for the respective BU’s within adherence to timelines - Follow standardized reporting of share price movements, change in investors, top buyers and sellers as per the timelines defined by management

Technical Competencies

Developing effective power point presentations,Advanced use of excel and financial modeling,Strong finance fundamentals,Understanding of capital markets and investor relations function ,Effective written and oral communication

Qualifications and Experience

- MBA (Finance) / CA/ CFA - 3-7 years of experience in relevant domain - Strong finance fundamentals and in-depth understanding of financial modeling - Good understanding of financial markets and intermediaries - Strong exposure and excellent skills in presentation and excel - Prior experience in working with external databases like Bloomberg will be appreciated - Ability to perform under competitive environment and tight deadlines - Effective communication skills
