Associate Lead Project Finance

Effective & efficient utilization of the existing term loan facilities and non-fund based limits pertaining to all projects of AdaniConneX (ACX). To work in project finance team to help team raise fresh long term funding requirements of ACX.

Role & responsibilities

• Portfolio management of existing project finance loans for post-disbursement activities incl. following:
• Timely filings of RBI and lender compliances
• Covenant calculations and reporting of the same
• Preparation of project update reports
• Coordination with lenders and internal stakeholders to fulfil lenders and business requirements
• Timely submissions of utilization under ECB / LC with banks and co-ordination with internal stakeholders to assess the business requirements
• Have a sound knowledge of Letter of Credit Operations i.e. Opening of LCs, Bill Lodgments with Banks, Acceptances, MIS, etc
• Preparation of MIS for tracking of utilizations under ECB Loans and Non-Fund based limits
• Preparation of information memos and notes/proposal for banks and other investors
• Perform financial forecasting and operational metrics tracking mechanism
• Interact and work with lender agencies viz. auditors, insurance advisors, legal advisors, technical advisors etc for preparation of due diligence reports

Review of facility documents and negotiate the same with lawyers, lenders and other external stake holders

Portfolio Management Compliance of covenants of sanctions and RBI guidelines

Project Execution Timely utilization of Loan, Capex LCs and its payments

Banking MIS Timely submission of internal / external MIS for finance

Long Term finance – Tie up of long term funds
