Role: Capital Market Specialist
Are you a journalist or investment banking professional with 38 years of experience? Do you have expertise in M&A, investment banking, investor relations, IPOs, or strategic communication?

At Adfactors PR, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping communication strategies for some of the most prestigious clients in the capital markets space.

What Youll Do:

• Develop strategic communication plans tailored to capital market transactions.
• Work closely with clients on IPO communications, investor engagement, and financial storytelling.
• Leverage your market insights to create impactful messaging that drives results.
• Collaborate with a passionate team of professionals to elevate brands in the financial domain.
• Provide strategic consulting services to clients on equity advisory, equity valuation, equity strategy, investor relations, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and strategic communication.
• Develop financial models and presentations for client pitches and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

What Were Looking For:

• 3-8 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financial communication.
• Excellent storytelling and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in journalism, PR, or corporate communication will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indian capital markets regulations (SEBI) and international best practices.
