Job Description
Education Qualification
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant discipline (preferred).
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in contract management and commercial operations within the Infrastructure and Roads industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading commercial negotiations, managing contracts, and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Proven experience in overseeing the financial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Lead the development and implementation of robust contract and commercial strategies for infrastructure and roads projects, aligning with Adanis business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and project teams to mitigate commercial risks and resolve contractual disputes effectively.
- Drive strategic vendor partnerships and supplier relationships to optimize commercial terms, pricing, and performance across infrastructure projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the delivery of key milestones within set timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgetary controls, and cost management strategies to optimize project profitability and financial performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of commercial data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and compliance standards, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency within all commercial and contractual activities.
