Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Masters degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
- 18 to 24 years of experience in the Airline and Airport industry
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive non-aero commercial space revenue growth
- Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve set targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand commercial space operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of commercial spaces
- Oversee lease agreements, rental negotiations, and contract management for commercial spaces
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize commercial space offerings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial space performance and initiatives
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality commercial space management
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance the overall commercial space experience
