- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative technological solutions to enhance commercial operations in the Real Estate sector.
- Oversee contracts management for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and Adanis policies
- Lead procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Drive the tendering process and evaluate proposals to select the most suitable contractors and consultants
- Manage legal aspects related to contract review, variations and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective vendor management.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate advanced technologies to streamline commercial operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the analysis of market trends and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions for the advancement of the business.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards while promoting a culture of ethical business practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actionable strategies for improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive informed decision-making.

- Strong understanding of business intelligence tools and techniques to drive informed decision-making.
