Qualification: BE / B Tech - Electrical

Experience: 15-20 Years

Role & responsibilities

• Timely competition of specific project as per time, cost, resource management and specifications
• Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols and provide safe work environment to all employees and workmen at site
• Accountable to report periodic data of project progress to Corporate office
• Maintaining liaison with local Govt. utilities, Administration, Police and other relevant external stakeholders
• Ensure proper usage of project management system across the locations for projects.
• To deal with ROW, state administration authorities including police, collector, forest etc
• Ensure deployment of Contract Manpower as per project schedule
• Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely support on all aspects of project execution.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations at site and statutory compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to team and coaching to the team to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.
• Ensure training and continuous learning of team
• Handling interpersonal conflicts promotes collaboration and respect among the team.
• Smooth communication with stakeholders Dealing with OEM and other service providers
