Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including electrical, civil works, and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effectively managing project teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage cash flow and contract negotiations, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Liaising with government agencies.
• Understand the contract clauses for expected outcomes.
