Job Description
- Candidate should have construction experience at lease 6-9 years with working knowledge of HVAC, Fire Alarm system, Sprinkler works, PA Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Electrical and Plumbing.
- Candidate should have experience in Quantity calculation, Subcontracting & billing & Material knowledge in construction industry.
- Proficient in Auto Cad & MS Office in terms of preparing RA bill abstract, Payment certificates etc.
- Ensure EHS compliance by all the MEP contractors and maintain records
Education: BE Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
- Conduct site meetings with vendors/sub-contractors and to identify the project progress.
- Prepare weekly Progress reports.
- Attend client meetings and prepare MOM.
- Analyze problems in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and allied Services and formulate solutions.
- Continually review the contractor s construction schedule during the progress of site works.
- Responsible for the site activities including execution, quality monitoring, planning quality checking.
- Prepare measurement sheets and final bills
- Prepare the shop drawings as per site condition
