Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification- B.Tech/ EC/EI/ ME (Electrical Engineering)
- Experience- 8-9 Yrs. in MEP
Job Role:
- Develops & Reviews design for mechanical/ electromechanical, HVAC electrical & plumbing.
- Prepares MEP Design Reports & pursue approvals from relevant regulatory authorities.
- Oversee & monitor construction of mechanical, electrical & plumbing system.
- Provides technical advice/input relevant to MEP systems.
- Attends pre-construction meeting with clients, contractors & consultants as necessary.
- Assists clients in preparation of user requirements, ensuring clarity of goals & clients expectations.
- Prepares engineering reports, budgets, tender documents, cost estimates and assists in the evaluation of proposal & any other reports as directed.
- Participates in risk assessment & recommends design modification to eliminate system malfunctions.
- Perform other duties related to the job function as may be necessary.
