Job Description
- Design Coordination & Execution: Coordinate the design and execution of MEPF systems on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical works.
- Installation & Commissioning: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Site Supervision: Supervise on-site operations to ensure the timely and accurate completion of MEPF works.
- Coordination with Subcontractors & Vendors: Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other project teams to ensure seamless execution of MEPF systems.
- Finish Works: Ensure MEPF systems are integrated smoothly with finishing works, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure that all MEPF installations comply with quality and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the MEPF systems to avoid delays in the project timeline.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work progress and assist in preparing regular progress reports for senior management.
- Collaboration with Project Management Consultancy: Work alongside the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all MEPF works.
