Key Responsibilities:

* Electrical Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

* Fault Level (MVA), Fault Current (KA) calculation

* Co-ordinating with the internal design team, MEP consultant, contractors for HVAC, Electrical

& Firefighting layouts

* Preparing/Validating of heat load & HVAC layout for all the sites

* Preparing of electrical load sheet

* Preparing/ Validating the BOQ for MEP work

* Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. Drafting skills is an option

Design & Planning:

================

• Develop and review MEP system designs, schematics, and layout drawings
• Conduct load calculations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Select and specify appropriate materials, equipment, and devices
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design
• Designing of HT and LT panels and cables, Utility MCC panel, PCC panel, PLC control panel, APFC panel and Battery Short Circuit Testing Panel

Project Coordination:

=================

• Oversee and manage the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of MEP work
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
• Monitor project progress, and update the project manager on timelines, potential risks, and costs
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during installation

Testing & Commissioning:

• Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they are operational
• Ensure systems are properly integrated and functioning as designed
• Troubleshoot any issues with system performance and rectify as necessary

Documentation & Reporting:

======================

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection reports, and progress reports
• Provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders on the status of MEP works
• Prepare O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals upon project completion

Qualifications:

==================

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, and installation, preferably in the construction industry

Skills:

=========

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design software
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
