Coordination with Consultants & Contractors: Work closely with Consultants and Contractors to ensure that construction activities are being executed according to the approved schedule.
Project Management Software: Utilize Project Management software (such as MS Projects or similar tools) to track project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
Site Activity Oversight: Oversee site activities to ensure they are progressing as per the plan and report any discrepancies or potential delays to senior management.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential delays or challenges on-site, and provide solutions to ensure the project stays on track.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of project timelines, progress, and potential risks to senior management.
Collaboration with Project Management Consultancy: Work alongside Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms to ensure the timely and efficient execution of project schedules.
