Team Management: Manage and lead a team of workers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the required standard.
Coordination with Subcontractors & Vendors: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Safety Standards Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and ensure the team follows safety protocols at all times.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring that milestones are met in a timely manner.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on work progress, issues, and any deviations from the plan to senior management and the Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
