Job Description
- upervision of Site Activities: Oversee and supervise all civil works on-site, including foundation works, structural construction, masonry, finishing, and related tasks.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of civil works by adhering to established standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Team Management: Manage and lead a team of workers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the required standard.
- Coordination with Subcontractors & Vendors: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
- Safety Standards Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and ensure the team follows safety protocols at all times.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring that milestones are met in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on work progress, issues, and any deviations from the plan to senior management and the Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
- Hospitality Project Focus: Oversee and ensure that all civil works are aligned with the specific requirements of a hospitality project.
