Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, sales, or account management, preferably in airport services, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations (30%):
    • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AdaniOne services at Mumbai Airport.
    • Ensure seamless integration of the AdaniOne app with airport services and processes.
    • Oversee day-to-day on-ground activities and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Conduct periodic audits to maintain service quality and adherence to SOPs.
  2. On-Ground Sales (60%):
    • Drive sales initiatives for AdaniOne s services at Mumbai Airport, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
    • Manage and motivate the on-ground sales team to promote the AdaniOne platform to airport passengers.
    • Implement marketing campaigns and offers in coordination with the marketing team to boost sales.
    • Monitor customer feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.
    • Ensure all sales-related activities are aligned with the overall airport customer service goals.
  3. Stakeholder Management (10%):
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including airport authorities, retail partners, and service providers, to facilitate seamless execution of AdaniOne s services.
    • Represent AdaniOne in key stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of objectives.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and build strong, collaborative relationships to optimize service delivery.
  4. Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for on-ground operations and sales at the airport.
    • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive employee engagement.
    • Ensure proper training and development programs for the team to maintain high service standards.
