Job Description

Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce or Management. MBA Preferred.
  • Experience in working in SAP, SAP Ariba Sourcing and Workflow driven Shared Services Environment.
  • Exposure to AI/Automation.
  • Advanced user of Excel functions.
Experiences :
  • 7-10 years of total experience
    • More than 3 years of experience in managing team preferably in a GCC or Shared Services context.
    • 3-5 years of experience in working in Projects, Assets, Infrastructure Manufacturing, Services organization in PR management.
    • Experienced in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Governance roles as a Team Lead.
    • 1-2 years experience in SAP Ariba (preferably in Sourcing module) and SAP MM
  • Exposure to working in Indian conglomerates and working practices in promoter led organizations
  • Experience of preparing and monitoring Transactional data MIS and reporting of SLA / KPI.
  • Experience of continuous improvement through adoption of appropriate methodologies.
  • PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery capabilities.
  • Exposure to work in SharePoint / Tool based environment and project management.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, SAP Ariba, or other relevant systems.
Experience in leveraging technology to streamline procurement processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Operations Management
  • Ensuring the PR created by the users fulfilments the requirements for RFP preparation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to enhance procurement operations.
Transition and Operations Stabilization
  • Manage the integration of new processes and systems into the purchase requisition workflow.
  • Address and resolve issues during transitions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure ongoing stability and effectiveness of procurement processes post-transition.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the purchase requisition process, including potential conflicts of interest and non-compliance issues.
  • Ensure transparency in the purchase requisition process by keeping stakeholders informed and involved.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders to improve the purchase requisition process.
Operational Delivery and Service Excellence
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery in all procurement activities.
  • Ensure all purchase requisitions comply with organizational policies and external regulations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Streamline the workflow to ensure purchase requisitions are processed promptly and efficiently.
Operations Process Improvement and Knowledge Management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge repository for best practices and insights in purchase requisition management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and streamlining the processes.
People and Performance Management
  • Provide leadership and support to the purchase requisition management team to achieve set goals.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Ensure team members are inducted to new operations model, expectations and governance mechanism including critical business scenarios.
