Assistant Manager - CRM

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related field with 5+ years of experience in consumer related capacity

• Thorough knowledge of Real Estate processes for ensuring efficient documentation, especially during Registration, Booking & Handover.
• Expert Written & Spoken Communication. Good command in English, Hindi
• Should be proficient in basic excel and handling data queries.
• Should be able to create training materials & further train/ support Relationship Managers for them to be efficient in query handling.
• Timely customer engagement with customers to understand their areas of concerns and generate solutions, especially during registrations. Proactive communications to help improve NPS.
• Should be able to maturely handle customer Grievance, showcasing larger aspects and rebuild trust.
• Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Stakeholders
• Maintain excellent scores on CSat and NPS feedbacks
• Maintain continual engagement with customers and contribute to the organization CSat goals
• Review department performance, capacity planning, CRM audits and analyses, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Evaluate consumer data that is program engagement, consumer behaviour, rewards redemptiom, etc.
• Driving the maximum ROI.
• Achieve Timely Targets on Collection and Loyalty. Drive Referrals
• Taking Intiative to interact with consumers and acquire feedback on CRM approaches.
• Ensure businesss consumer relations campaigns are effective to provide insights to business on key improvemnet areas in CRM programs and campaign.
