Job Description
- 4-10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understanding client needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Acting as the main point of contact and developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing strategies for retaining customers and securing new business
- Working closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction
