Deputy Manager / Associate Manager

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAE Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer, and extensive experience with ANSYS Fluent software. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and understanding of solid mechanics and applied mechanics

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Conduct advanced CFD simulations and analysis to support product development and optimization. - Develop and validate complex computational models for fluid flow, heat and mass transfer, multiphase and multispecies flows. - Perform detailed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural integrity and performance under various conditions. - Interpret and analyse simulation results, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to integrate CFD and FEA insights into the product development process. - Optimize designs based on simulation results to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in CFD and FEA methodologies, software tools, and industry best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex simulation issues, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers. - Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technical Competencies

Experience in CFD simulations ,Experience in FEA methodologies,Knowledge of CFD tools such as STAR CCM, COMSOL, etc. ,Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or MATLAB

Qualifications and Experience

- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
