Purpose/Objective

Electrical design of material handling system for Mining industry

Key Responsibilities of Role

II. Selection of Electrical Equipment as per process requirement, P & I D and Tender Documents, and Scrutinized the scope of work for Electrical. III. Preparation of Electrical Documents i. e. Electrical Load List, MCC Sizing, SLD, Cable Sizing, Transformer Sizing, Capacitor Sizing, DG set sizing, Substation sizing, Cable Schedule etc. IV. Preparation, Review & Submission of Drawings i. e. earthing layout, MCC room Layout, Cable Route Layout, Single Line Diagrams and Equipment GA Layout etc. for client/consultant approval. V. Preparation of Electrical BOQ& cost estimation Electrical System of entire plant. VI. Preparation of Electrical Equipment Datasheets i. e. Transformer Datasheet, HT Panel Datasheet, LT Panel Datasheet, UPS Datasheet, LCS Datasheet, Cable Datasheet, Cable Tray Datasheet, etc. VII. Preparation of Detailed Vendor Scope & Material Requisition as per Tender Requirement VIII. Technical Evaluation of the bids received from vendors IX. Design know how of High voltage switchyard (AIS) up to 66/132/220kV with applicable standards and regulations. X. Knowledge of ETAP (Single Line Creation as per ANSI/IEC, Short ckt analysis & Load Flow analysis) XI. Support for site activities as and when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

B. E/B. Tech - Masters will have Added advantage. Around 4-8 years Experience.
