Technical Manager - CAE

Professional Skills:

• Masters in Engineering Design /Structures /Aerospace /Thermal /CFD Engineering
• Very strong in fundamentals.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in using ANSYS Fluent/CFX or ANSYS Structural Analysis tools for Aerospace and Defence or Automotive or High-end industrial applications.
• Experience in Leading and Mentoring FEA, CFD & EM Simulation Teams ( upto 15 people)
• Ability to convert engineering problems to analysis problems.
• Excellent analytical, visualization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a Team that includes Sales, Technical and OEM (ANSYS)
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and customers to achieve results.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments.
• Ability to work with customers in Aerospace and Defence (DRDO, ISRO, CSIR and DPSUs)

Job Description:

• Develop a strong Technical Team for Technical Support Activities including demonstration of Proof of Concept, Benchmark, Validation, Customer training and technical support.
• Assisting customers using ANSYS FEA/ CFD products, through Training, Hands on-workshop, Technical support in all phases of analysis.
• Work collaboratively with customers to ensure their successful use/adoption of ANSYS products and cultivate opportunities to expand software usage.
• Periodic update presentations to customers after a new Software releases. (2 times in a year)
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with ANSYS Technical Support Team
• Contribute in acquiring and execution of Strategic Consulting Services to promote new software sales.
• Travel and meet periodically (quarterly or as required by the business) each of the customers.

ANSYS Business & the Role :

CoreEL is a premier channel partner of ANSYS in India specialized in Aerospace and Defence applications. CoreEL closely works with DRDO Labs, ADA, ISRO Labs, CSIR Labs and DPSUs to offer simulation support and services. CoreEL is looking for Technical Manager with either FEA or CFD simulation background. Technical Manager will lead the 10-15 Member competent technical support team. The team mostly consists of Post-Graduate Engineers with specialization in simulation using ANSYS Softwares.
