Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate domestic and international leads for services like SEO, website design, and mobile app development.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead validation to deal closure, including negotiation and documentation.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-ups and handovers to the support team when required.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine strategies.
• Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance and sales reports.

Requirements

• Education: MBA/PGDM/BTech/Graduate in a relevant field.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Experience with cold calling and scheduling client meetings.
