Job Title: Business Development Executive Interiors & Construction

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 1-2 years in interiors and construction sales

Education : Any Graduate or MBA

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to establish and grow our presence in Pune. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interiors and construction and a strong ability to build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers (B2B & B2C).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and handle objections.

2. Build and maintain a strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.

3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

4. Present and consult on our services/products, specifications, pricing, and value propositions.

5. Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth project execution.

6. Work closely with the Delhi team, providing regular updates and feedback.

7. Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Key Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of sales experience in interiors and construction.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Pune market.

4. Strong networking skills with the ability to develop long-term business relationships.

5. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

6. Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings.
