Power BI Analyst - SQL/ETL (1-2 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced dashboards and reports.

This role requires a strong background in data modelling, business intelligence, and analytics, along with proficiency in SQL and ERP systems (preferably Oracle).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Take ownership of analytics projects, from requirement gathering to report delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather reporting requirements.

- Create and implement robust data models to support accurate and effective reporting.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for improved performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence (BI) or analytics.

- Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modelling, report creation, and dashboard development.

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Background in SaaS or telecom industries.

- Understanding of business processes, functions, objectives, and key metrics in the SaaS or telecom sectors.
