Data Analyst - SQL/Tableau/Power BI (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (databases, APIs).

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

- Perform data analysis and generate insightful reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon Quicksight).

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Develop and maintain data quality checks and monitoring processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

- Communicate findings effectively through data visualizations, presentations, and written reports.

- Stay updated on the latest data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced SQL concepts (joins, subqueries, window functions).

- Hands-on experience with at least one popular BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon Quicksight).

- Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in a Supply Chain or Product-based company is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Must Have : SQL, any of the following BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon Quicksight, RDBMS (MySQL/Postgres)

- Nice to Have : Python, Data Visualization Libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
