Job Description :
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/Statistician to lead the analysis of employee performance data and drive actionable insights to enhance performance evaluation processes.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data analytics, statistical methodologies, and a keen ability to translate data into meaningful strategies for business improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Insights :
- Analyze employee performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance indicators.
- Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to forecast trends and recommend actionable insights.
Statistical Modeling & Evaluation :
- Apply advanced statistical techniques (e., regression analysis, hypothesis testing) to assess and improve performance evaluation processes.
- Design and implement data models to support HR decision-making.
Data Interpretation & Communication :
- Present findings and insights to senior management through clear and impactful visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Process Optimization :
- Work closely with HR and management to enhance existing performance evaluation frameworks using data-driven approaches.
- Identify gaps in current data collection methods and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Leadership & Guidance :
- Mentor junior analysts and statisticians within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics tools and techniques, implementing them as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with database management and query languages such as SQL.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Expertise in data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation techniques.
- Communication & Collaboration :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with HR, management, and other departments.
Education & Experience :
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR analytics or employee performance evaluation.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
- Knowledge of HR performance evaluation frameworks and metrics.
- Experience in working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e. , Certified Analytics Professional)
