NITS Solutions - Data Analyst - Power BI (3-7 yrs)

Position Overview :

- Associate Data Analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements with Power BI, activities, and design.

- Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities using Power BI.

- They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Job Responsibilities :

- Interpret data, analyze results using statically techniques and provide ongoing reports.

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

- Must have exposure in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards & graphs.

- Strong working experience in data visualization tool Power BI.

- Need to be vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

- Must have experience managing oracle database set & python (NumPy, Pandas).

- To maintain data security and privacy.

- Performing the analysis of large data stores and ensure the data accuracy, completeness, and integrity and derives insights.

- Interaction with client & customer directly.

- Able to work independently and Self Motivated and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.

- 3+ years of work experience as a data analyst or in related field.

- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.

- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.

- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.

- Experience in programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle, R and Python

- Knowledge on MS Excel.

- A high level of mathematical ability

- Strong Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- High-level written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Power BI certification (preferred)
