- Analyzing the business process and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors and defects, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Creating process documentation and training materials for end-users
- Providing ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders, addressing issues and concerns related to the processes
- Conducting process testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and accuracy
- Monitoring the performance of the process and providing regular reports and analysis on the process metrics and KPIs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
