• Periodic review of financial position with Business Head and measures for cost effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly MIS report at plant level as well as at company level. Also prepare ad-hoc reports on need basis.
• Tracking of plant finance and comparing the same with budget and past years
• Assisting in Financial Accounting including finalization of Annual Accounts
• Driving the Cost Reduction / Cost optimization / finance awareness sessions at Plant.
• Closing of books on a monthly basis and ensuring all provision are incorporated correctly
• Co-ordinating budget preparation across plant and assisting central team with analysis
• Managing statutory / internal compliance audits.
• Assisting central finance team, at organisation level, in various financial reporting and analysis
• Support operations, sales and other stakeholders for smooth functioning.
