Role & responsibilities :
Functional
Core
- Ensures P.O. entry
- Timely booking error free sales orders as per the timelines defined in the SOP.
- Preparation of despatch plan
- Co-ordination with PFD / Printing / shade development / Regulatory /Finance / logistics /NPO team
- Maintaining Report (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Assisting on NPO products
- Assisting TICs in colour development / artwork / rollers / arranging samples for trials/testing
- Monitors despatches / Sales Hold at respective location
- On time communication to internal & external customers
- Logging customer complaints and closure of complaints / queries.
- Ensure updation of SAP database including Customer Master, Product Master for error free transactions etc.
Internal process
- Ensures compliance to defined SOPs as per Q&RA norms
- Identify & assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Visit key customers along with TICs to maintain customer relationship
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
