Job Summary :
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our team. We have openings for both a ServiceNow Developer and a ServiceNow QA/Business Analyst (BA). The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, business acumen, and experience working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :
*Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
*Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business needs.
*Define and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT scenarios for ServiceNow SPM implementations.
*Perform functional and regression testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
*Support change management efforts, including training, documentation, and user adoption.
*Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
*Monitor platform performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.
*Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM, including Portfolio and Demand Management.
*Experience with test automation tools for ServiceNow is a plus.
*Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules is beneficial.
*Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
*Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
