Job Summary :
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, business acumen, and experience working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications with a focus on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
*Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Service Portal and Mobile App (Employee and Agent).
*Develop scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
*Ensure best practices in technical architecture, data modeling, and system performance.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
*Provide technical guidance and support for Agile DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
*Maintain comprehensive documentation of development activities and configurations.

Role Requirements and Qualifications :
*5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in scripting and application development.
*Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, data model, and integration capabilities.
*Advanced experience in SPM, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Resource Management.
*Experience with ITSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow product lines is a plus.
*Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile Dev Plugin and Agile methodologies.
*Ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholder expectations, and support change management initiatives.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and vendor management experience.
