Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power App Developer to join our growing team. With at least 4 years of IT development experience, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining Power Apps solutions that support our business processes. This role is
ideal for developers looking to expand their expertise in Power Apps Canvas, Power Automate, and data integration while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Power App Development: Assist in designing and developing user-friendly Power Apps using Power App Canvas to meet business needs.
*Workflow Automation: Support the creation of automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business operations.
*Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources into Power Apps, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
*Collaborate on Power BI Integration: Work with senior developers and Power BI teams to enable seamless integration between Power Apps and Power BI for dynamic data reporting.
*User Experience (UX): Contribute to creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
*Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
*Troubleshooting: Support the resolution of technical issues and ensure smooth functionality of Power Apps applications.
*Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides and operational procedures.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*4+ years of IT development experience, with a focus on application development.
*At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps, especially using Power App Canvas.
*Basic proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation. *Understanding of data integration techniques and connecting Power Apps to data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, or other databases.
*Familiarity with Power BI integration is a plus but not mandatory.
*Awareness of UX principles to contribute to user-friendly application designs.
*Ability to analyze issues and suggest effective solutions under guidance.
*Good communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
*Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
