Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our expanding team. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with an understanding of both business processes and IT systems .

Key Responsibilities :
*Strong analytical abilities to understand complex business problems, analyze data
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Experience with documentation of As-Is Study, BRD, FRS
*Familiarity with domain
*Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure successful project implementation
*Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
*Highly skilled in Excel
*Knowledge of SQL - good to have

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Years of experience: 5+ Years of experience
*Education: B.E / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent
